Welcome to Mansfield Road Football Club

Mansfield Road Football Club is the football club of the University Club of the University of Oxford. Manny Road has a great tradition of good football and a lively social calendar.

The club has 5 adult teams (3 male, 2 female) playing at different standards, and is always interested in new members, so come and join us! We also now have a junior team, Mansfield Road Mighty Mites, that is open to the children of current University employees and graduate students.

Groningen 2012

Club members who are going to Groningen to play in the International Tournament 25-28th May 2012 can read more about the trip here.

Congratulations to the Mansfield Road Ladies Football Team and to the Men’s MCR team – both won all their games this season and finished 1st to win their respective leagues!

Registration

All players must be registered with the University Club, with MRFC and with the relevant leagues. Please see the “Registration” page for details.

Training times and places

Club training for all adult teams is on Tuesdays from 8.30-10pm on the new 3G astroturf at Oxford City. Boots with moulded studs are recommended for this surface. Changing facilities may not yet be ready, so come prepared.
